Water Damage in Kaiser

Water damages can happen from appliance leaks, toilet overflows and leaks, excessive rain, and more. SERVPRO of Northeast Ontario/Kaiser was called by an insurance agent who had a customer in need of help. 

Our team of trained, experienced and knowledgeable crews arrived on site and did a complete inspection for wet and affected materials. Our crews worked to pull back carpeting and pad to access the subfloor and performed flood cuts on two walls, cutting sheetrock and insulation about 3 feet up from the floor. Flood cuts allow us to access the wall cavity and make sure the studs are dry while also making the patching easier for the repairs.
